I Dare You To Burn 20 Pounds Of Body Fat In 30 Days

If you're anything like me, you hate spending a load of time and money in the gym or running on a treadmill.. Are you looking to lose belly fat and get fit and trim? It is quite intense but very brief and includes a very aggressive cardio workout. The workout takes only minutes and burns up a couple hundred calories at a shot, not bad huh?

Here is my alternate day workouts for burning off stubborn belly fat:

Get a jump rope and begin slowly building up your rhythm. If you are lousy at it, don't worry. Take your time to get the movement down. You can jog in place as well. Keep the intensity level to a point where you are working up to 50% of your maximal heart rate. Use a timer and stay at this pace for four minutes. This is the part of the program that hurts the most, because you're going to be putting in very intense work that's going to burn off your belly fat.

Just when you thought it was over we move onto another great exercise. You can do this one empty-handed, with two soup cans or with five or 10 pound dumbbells. You were to go down into a squat with your hands close to your knees keeping your back as straight as possible. Now you going to stand straight up with your hands above your head.

You will be executing this exercise for three minutes on your timer. As soon as the buzzer sounds reset for three minutes and move onto the next exercise. Grab your jump rope or get ready to jog in place.

So now you should be working up a sweat the you have spent only 10 minutes working out. Reset your timer for three minutes, pick up your weights or water bottles or if you doing it empty-handed, assume the squat position. Keep in mind that your movements will be burning calories now and burning fat later. You may not feel very well right now but don't let that get to you; it's time for the last exercise.

This is it your last two minutes will consist of either jump rope work, jumping jacks or running in place. This part is critical to the entire workout and if you are seriously want to lose belly fat in minutes then you have to use this time of critical mass to "go for it."

Now that the buzzer sounded it's time to cool down for a minute or two with either stretching a walking in place. Your 15 minutes of hard work will pay off significantly in fat loss. Congratulations, do this workout three times a week to start. Increase the to four times a week as you get better at it. You will be burning fat in no time. Blend this exercise regimen with a low-carb/low-calorie diet four to five days a week and you will see sizable results.
